Management Team

Kevin Tomaszewski is Co President and Chief Operating Officer of Action Target, the global leader in modern shooting range systems. He is responsible for engineering, manufacturing, sales, installation, and service, and for aligning those teams around a single operating plan.

He joined Action Target in 2014 to build product, engineering, and brand. As Vice President he created the product and marketing system that moved the company from a strong manufacturer to the number one industry brand, opened software and training partnerships, and installed the development process that scaled new technology. As Senior Vice President and General Manager from 2019 to 2026 he set the multi year plan that took Action Target to number one share across its channels, launched the industry’s first IoT connected range platform, integrated two acquisitions, and raised plant efficiency to 130 percent. He was appointed Co President and COO in 2026.

Before Action Target he was an operating executive at Boart Longyear and Black and Decker. At Boart Longyear he led a major North American services business and directed global product strategy through a period of share expansion and new product growth. At Black and Decker he progressed from manufacturing engineering to senior product and marketing leadership.

Kevin leads by making strategy executable, developing leaders who can run the work, and holding the company to a standard that protects both growth and customer performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
