Developed a 5-year roadmap, as Director, Global Product Development, Business Development, and Marketing, of $2B Boart Longyear, that de-siloed and centralized our product development; yielded 22 new products rolled out across Asia-Pacific, North and South America, Europe, and Africa; and enabled us to achieve #1 market share in 5 out of 6 categories.
