Action Target was founded by Kyle Bateman and Addison Sovine, who created a specialized pneumatic turning-target system for the Provo Police Department’s training curriculum.
Action Target begins hosting its annual four-day Law Enforcement Training Camp, uniting officers nationwide for fast-paced, real-world firearms and tactics instruction led by nationally recognized instructors.
In 1995, Action Target expanded beyond shooting-range equipment by engineering and building the first Modular Armored Tactical Combat (MATCH™) shoot house.
