Tom Wright – President

Tom Wright currently serves as the President of Action Target, Inc.. Mr. Wright joined the Company in 2002 as the manager of the technical product design team and materials procurement; he was promoted to President in 2007. Prior to his time with Action Target, Mr. Wright created and managed a specialty electronics division for a large electrical contractor in Portland, Oregon. Additionally, Mr. Wright has previously worked for Betz Laboratories in Portland as a technical sales consultant specializing in wood pulp, paper and high tech industries. Prior to his time at Betz Laboratories, W.R. Grace & Company hired Mr. Wright in 1984 into the technical sales department of its nuclear field division. Mr. Wright received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

Randy Graham – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Randy Graham currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Action Target, where he oversees sales across the law enforcement, military, international and commercial markets as well as manages range design, project management and installation. Prior to joining Action Target in 2008, Mr. Graham amassed more than 15 years of experience in international business, working as the VP of International Business Development for Novarad, the Operations Manager for a subsidiary of Intel Corporation in Denmark, as well the Materials Manager for Intel Corporation in the Philippines, China, and Costa Rica. Mr. Graham received his MBA and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Tom Mandy – President, Mancom Manufacturing

Tom Mandy founded Mancom in May 1972 as a communications company installing and servicing paging, intercom and nurse call systems. In 1994, responding to a request from the local police department, Mancom built a control system for their existing target system while maintaining the mechanical devices. At the encouragement of other police departments, Mr. Mandy entered into an aggressive research and development program that resulted in Mancom becoming a leading retriever system manufacturer with systems installed worldwide. Mr. Mandy has also owned and operated multiple other businesses.

Addison Sovine – Founder / Advisor

Addison Sovine co-founded Action Target along with Kyle Bateman in 1985. Mr. Sovine drove the creative genesis of many of the Company’s current products. He worked with his business partners to refine product ideas into marketable solutions and to create entire markets that were previously nonexistent. Mr. Sovine headed the Company’s sales and marketing team during the first 15 years of operations and has secured many of the Company’s large contracts over the years. He was also responsible for the creation of the Company’s military department and has been designated a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by the U.S. Military in the design and application of training technology. Mr. Sovine has lectured at conferences for the FBI and other Federal agencies as well as most of the major training facilities throughout the country. Today, Mr. Sovine is still active as an Advisor to the Company. Mr. Sovine attended Weber State University and Utah Valley University where he concentrated on business management, marketing and advertising.

Kyle Bateman – Founder / Advisor

Kyle Bateman co-founded Action Target in 1985 along with Mr. Sovine. Mr. Bateman has worked to develop the corporate organization and procedural structure necessary to bring the Company to its current prominence in the industry. This includes developing the ERP system and its accompanying database to support the business operations of Action Target. Today, Mr. Bateman is still active as an Advisor to Action Target, although he no longer heads the operations of the Company. Mr. Bateman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

Ernest John – Technical Sales

Ernest John currently oversees Technical Sales for Action Target, where he is responsible for all new product design. Mr. John has been with Action Target since 2002, holding the Director of Customer Service, Manager of Installation, and Manager of Project Management Department titles. Prior to joining Action Target, Mr. John has held positions in construction/project management at Baer Bronz, Nucor Buildings Systems, and Automotive Diagnostics (a subsidiary of SPX Corporation). Mr. John was recognized as the Field Service Engineer of the Year and as the repeat recipient of the Field Service Technician of the Quarter awards by SPX Corporation during his time with Automotive Diagnostics. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University.

Kyle Burdette – Vice President of Quality

Kyle Burdette currently serves as the Director of Customer Service for Action Target, where he manages a team of individuals responsible for all technical support and customer service functions. Mr. Burdette has been with Action Target for more than 16 years and previously held the position of Director of Marketing. Prior to joining Action Target, Mr. Burdette spent three years as an advertising manager for a publishing company in Utah. Mr. Burdette received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Brigham Young University.
