Recently, Action Target joined the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) in filing a lawsuit in federal court against the City of Chicago’s new gun ordinance. The lawsuit asserts that the city is depriving its residents of their right to keep and bear arms by banning public gun ranges while at the same time requiring range training for handgun owners. Action Target’s decision to enter this lawsuit was given much consideration prior to taking action.
